Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Ist überhaupt noch jemand da? 

An diesem langen Wochenede habe ich mal wieder in diesem Blog "geblättert". Vor sechs Jahren habe ich ihn begonnen. WAS??

Seit zwei Jahren kam kein neuer Eintrag. WAS??

Ich bin immer noch hier. Ich bin immer noch auf der Jagd mit meiner Kamera. Ich habe immer noch  Freude am Teilen all der Dinge, die mich an- und umtreiben.

Was gibt es Neues? Falls es euch interessiert, es gibt eine Menge Dies und Das.

We had a long weekend and I used this opportunity to went trough my posts, once again.  I started this blog six years ago. WHAT??

Since two years, there are no news for you. WHAT?

I´m still here. I´m still shooting with my cam nearly every day. I still love to share things that keep me going.

Don´t cry over spilled coffee

Eine meiner Lieblingstassen ist zu Bruch gegangen. Meine Neueste. Schade schade.

One of my favorite mugs is broken. The newest one. What a pitty.

 Ich bin über die Meerschweinchen gestolpert, die beide hinter der Tür lauerten.

 I stumbled across the guinea pigs, both lurking behind the door.

Luigi hatte Glück und kam mit dem Schrecken davon, aber über Luna ergoss sich der heisse Kaffee. Das dicke Fell hat sie Gott sei Dank vor Schlimmerem bewahrt und sie ist gleich auf ihr Sofa geflüchtet.

Luigi was just in for a shock, but Luna got hit by the hot coffee. Mercifully the fur prevented her from the worst and she immediately fled to her sofa.

Note from Luna:

I had a good shake, the coffee splashed out of my fur onto the curtain, the wallpaper and the heating. All white. Hehe.

All my dog furiends can be very proud of me!

Here I recover from all the panic about beeing brewed, cooled down with a shower and, the horror, got blow-dryed.

I then kept an eye on Mom who was busy cleaning for the next hour or so.

Die Tasse gehört zu dieser Charity-Serie. Leider habe ich die mit dem Specht als Motiv nirgends mehr gefunden.

The mug belongs to a charitiy series. Some of them are still availablae, but not the one with the woodpecker design.

 Ich werde jetzt meine eigene Grünspecht Tasse gestalten. Hat noch jemand Interesse? :-)

I will now design my own woodpecker mug. Interested anybody? :-)

 Am roten Fleck im schwarzen Bartstreifen erkennt man den Herrn Grünspecht, bei Frau Grünspecht fehlt er. Diese und noch viele interessante Infos gibt es bei NABU.

Der Grünspecht ist Vogel des Jahres 2014.

You can recognize Mr. Woodpecker by the red spot in the black stripe on his face, it is not present on Mrs. Woodpecker.

Welcome Aaron!

Ich bin Großmutter!

I am a grandmother!

 

Heute Nachmittag durfte ich mein erstes Enkelkind willkommen heissen, meinen Enkelsohn Aaron. Er kam gesund und munter auf die Welt. Alles dran, er ist perfekt!

Er war sehr von seiner Geburtstagstorte beeindruckt:-)

This afternoon I could wellcome my first grandchild, my grandson Aaron. He arrived happy and healthy. He is perfect!

He was very impressed  from his birthdaycake :-)

Naughty and nice!

Hello peeps, it is us, the pigs Luna and Luigi. 

We had no post for Christmas because Mom was lazy busy.

 Guess what, we have been naughty.

 SOMEONE, who will stay unnamed here, gnawed holes in the curtain.

One is shaped like a heart. We think this is very nice, not naughty...

 Mom the moron left her camera on the floor and then blamed us for nibbling at the eye-piece. She is naughty too!

We had a visitor. His name is Hoppel. He gnawed on our toys. Naughty!

 It was Mom´s birthday and.....

she made this cake. Like many times before.

Look what happened. She messed the recipe and the guests had to eat their cake out of a bowl. (But it tasted good and we will not blame her because she is old)

Can you believe this naughtiness? She bought herself a lens as a gift for birthday and Christmas together.

  

We had a photoshooting for our Christmas card but, as you can see, with no useful result.

Our "helping hand" was not helpful with all the preps for Christmas. Naughty!

(Moms´ fault, she got a new birdfeeder that came with crappy screws and Dad the policeman overstrained the wrist) 

We had two more guests to take care for because our naughty human sissy spent some weeks at Hobbit Land.

They make a super mess while they take their sand-bath.

But they are awful cute.

Come to the naughty side, we share the food :-)

3°C und 90% Luftfeuchtigkeit. Nicht schön. 

37,4°F and 90% humidity. Not nice.

Hier schieben sich normalerweise Massen an Touristen durch die engen Gassen.

Und das ist der Vorteil heute. Ich war nahezu alleine.

Normaly you find this narrow streets crowded with tourists. Thats the advantage today. I was nearly allone.
