My Scientific Passion

When I left the institute the other day I was fascinated by this FameLab poster on the billboard.
Even though I am not the person they are looking for to have their rants about science, I will answer the call and share my scientific passion with you. As to say the world.
Because yes, I have a passion for science. Especially for the artsy side of science.

There was a PhD check last week which of course had to be honored with a doctoral cap at the end.

Aber zuerst musste jemand richtig schwitzen. Alle Daumen waren gedrückt.
But first someone had to go through hard times. All fingers had been crossed.

Und dann war alles überstanden.
And here he comes. He survived. Who´d a thunk?

Furthermore he survived his marriage last year and his neighbors pug.

He also survived his studies for sensor design and a bunch of different sized pilots for M4 screws.

He is a football fan, uses very extraordinary measuring instruments (see the ORIGINAL here on the cap),
he likes to do cruises and he knows how to use Peletier elements meaningful.

Every day he brings a tower of Tupperware filled with yummy meals for not to starve and survive the day at the institute.

Aber jetzt wird gefeiert. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!
But now it´s time to party. Congratulations!

Habt Ihr Alberts Foto entdeckt?
Have you noticed Alberts photo?  It was brought to the workshop to survive the construction works in the stairwells, where it hang for many years.

Speaking of Albert... I made this birthday card in January this year.

I made this card five years ago.

This coffee mug is also my design. Excluding the KIT logo of course.

It shows me on the right and my colleague on the left. He looked not so well that day. Maybe he had the blues or his energy drink was bad.

Here they go, the next candidates for doctoral caps.

There is a possibility that one of them finds this nice composition on his cap.

Das wärs für heute. Ich muss jetzt den neuen Jokerskatalog durchblättern.
Ach Albert, du schon wieder?

For now I´m off to have a look at the new Jokers catalog.
Oh Albert, you again?

The very first sentence was a lie. Needless to say it was the shark who caught my eye.
So how about your scientific passion?
