Koblenz

Ich denke, das ist ein geeignetes Startbild für einen Post am 4.Juli.
I think this is a suitable photo to start a posting on 4th of July.

Aufgenommen habe ich es, wo die Mosel den Rhein trifft.
It´s taken where Moselle meets Rhine.

Am "Deutschen Eck" in Koblenz.
At "Deutsches Eck" in Koblenz.

Das Obere Mittelrheintal ist Weltkulturerbe und einen Besuch Wert.
The Upper Middle Rhine Valley is UNESCO World Heritage and worth a visit.

Die Altstadt von Koblenz ist wunderschön. Kamera nicht vergessen!
Koblenz has a picturesque old town. Don´t forget your camera!

Of course did we visit the Federal Horticultural Show that takes place here till 16th of October. Let´s get there! And for all who could not stroll around there...... flowers flowers flowers will come next posting :-)

  1. Pia,
Lovely post with so many photos with bicycles, even a pedicab in them. Thank you for including bicycles in them!
The biggest rivers I have seen are the Mississippi, Missouri and the Ohio. Rhine is a very big river too, it seems. The cobblestone streets and the buildings of Koblenz are so charming. They take me down memory lane to similar places I have visited.

Did you arrange the white puffy clouds so that they add dazzle to your photos? :)

    Great job!

    Peace :)
